How long does it take to get my order?
We strive to deliver your order within 5 working days after your order is placed. Occasionally some orders may take longer due to the type of product ordered.
Does Forget Me Not deliver Worldwide?
Yes, we will ship all over the world. Shipping costs may vary so please contact us for a quote at firstname.lastname@example.org
How much does Shipping/Delivery cost?
For any goods purchased below AED 250 a charge of 25 AED will be added. For any goods purchased above AED 250 the delivery is FREE.
For goods to be delivered outside the UAE please contact us at email@example.com.

Is it safe to order online?
Of course. Forget Me Not uses a Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. I have forgotten my password, how can I find out what it is?

Are my personal details safe with Forget Me Not?
We are committed to your privacy. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. We do retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. If at anytime you would like your information removed from our files please contact us at email@example.com
Why do I need to set up an account?
Our website has some great features to help you while you shop. By setting up an account you can log in on your next visit and reorder any of your previous orders at the click of a button. You can also save favorite products in a 'wish list' to purchase at another time (this is great if you see a gift idea for someone and want to purchase it at a later date) and you can log on to see if your order has been dispatched.
What are the satisfaction guarantee conditions?
All products are conditionally guaranteed for a period of 3 months. If your product is found to be faulty during this time we will, at our discretion, replace or repair it. Please remember that these are products for children and would be subject to wear and tear.
What is your product safety information?

Do you make labels for adults?
Our labels have many uses and can be used for everyone! With a variety of designs to choose from, adults can personalize their labels - don't forget that you can choose any wording, not just your name (e.g. Business Name, Blog Title, email address, etc.).

Our productAre your labels durable / waterproof?
Yes, our labels are made with the highest quality materials possible so that they can withstand the many challenges of children's environments. Our labels are made with a special backing that will stick to almost any flat surface. All of our multi-purpose labels are dishwasher and microwave safe, while our clothing labels are washer safe. Please refer to individual product pages for detailed information on the benefits of each label type
Can I have a custom logo printed on labels?
We would be more than happy to quote any custom job. If you would like a quote please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the type of product you require, the details of the product, i.e color/s, a copy of your logo if you would like a custom logo, and the quantity you require.
Can I have more than one name on a label?
Our production process only allows one name per product. If the labels are for several family members we suggest ordering just the family name printed on your labels, so everyone can share.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
What payment methods do you accept?
For orders placed online we accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express cards. Alternatively you may choose to pay cash on delivery.
Where do I enter my promotional code?
If you have a promotional code or gift certificate please enter this in the 'Promotional Codes' field within the Checkout and select 'Apply' to discount your order. Don't forget to set up a user account to receive details about our latest offers and promotions.
What is a CVN - Credit Card Verification Number?
The CVN is a security code that is visible, in print, on either the front or the back of all major credit cards. For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the card code is a separate 3 digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line (The panel will contain either your entire card number followed by the three-digit code OR the last four digits of your card number followed by the three-digit code). For an American Express card, it is a separate 4 digit number on the FRONT of the card, above the end of your card number.
The purpose of this code is to help validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction, especially in situations like mail orders, telephone orders or internet orders where the physical card is not present. The CVN is uniquely associated with the plastic card that is issued to the Cardholder and is never printed on a receipt or cardholder statement, nor may it be stored in a merchants' computer system.
